A brief court update about R v Pridgeon, O'Dea & Ors and R v Paul Robert Burton & R v Andrew Katelaris
"History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it." - Martin Luther King Jnr
Well put forward their PRB, as i am so proud of you for the work that you are putting into place, as i am still dealing with my very own situation with our eldest son Liam, as i am supposed to be notified by NCAT sometime either at the end of this month, or sometime as early as next month.
Not holding my breath though, as our case for my family has been going on now for something like 13-14 years, and still have no success, just like you and the very good Dr. Dr Andrew Katelaris, and i sincerely hope that your case as well as the very good Dr's case can come too some kind of a break…
